Manuel Neuer is the best goalkeeper because hes won many awards for goalkeeping like Fifa golden glove, best goalkeeper in the Bundesliga, and got to be the goalkeeper for best team of 2016.
personally, i totally agree with you that Manuel Neuer is one of the worlds best goal keeper. With all of his pride, integrity, and confidence his kicks are the ones who get everyone's attention. But in my opinion David de Gea who plays for Manchester United and Spain comes next.
